We will create three distinct design directions to explore different facets of the brand identity—classic professionalism, modern sophistication, and empathetic warmth—allowing for targeted A/B testing to determine the most effective approach for client engagement and conversion.
Target Audience Analysis
The target audience consists of individuals, couples, and teens in the Conejo Valley seeking mental health support. They are likely experiencing stress, anxiety, or life transitions and require a digital experience that is calming, clear, and immediately instills a sense of trust and safety. The design must feel professional and confidential, yet personal and approachable, avoiding a cold, clinical feel.
Competitive Differentiation
While the existing website is functional, it lacks a distinct brand personality and modern user experience. These proposed designs will differentiate the practice by creating a polished, intentional, and emotionally resonant experience. Design 1 ('Serene Clarity') elevates the current minimalism. Design 2 ('Twilight Sanctuary') appeals to a modern, tech-savvy audience.
