Our Story: 65+ Years of Quality
The year 1956 found us, Clarence and Sandra Bishop, expecting our first child. What started as a small mail order business with one pecan cracker and 200 customers has grown into a family legacy. Over the last 65 years, B & B Pecan Co. has expanded to include over 100 pecan items, serving customers in all 50 states.
Clarence still enjoys sittin' on the porch telling stories, while the next generations ensure our great customers get the best pecans you can buy. Y’all come by to see us when you can.

Storing Pecans for Home Use
To retain fresh color, aroma, and flavor, pecans should be refrigerated or frozen in air tight containers. PLEASE REFRIGERATE UPON RECEIPT.
- Pecan Halves: 9 months in fridge, 2 years in freezer.
- Pecan Pieces: 5 months in fridge, 1 year in freezer.
- Unshelled: 18 months in fridge, 2-4 years in freezer.
Shipping Information
Please ensure all addresses are correct. We ship daily, Monday-Saturday. Shipment occurs in approximately 3-5 business days.
WE DO NOT SHIP CHOCOLATE WHEN OUR LOCAL TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE 70 DEGREES.
